Well frankly, it would be impossible not to know. We generate monthly reports and offer an accompanying review session to discuss the data point and your campaigns progress. If you are not satisfied this is your chance to ask for changes. If we aren't helping it is usually best we step aside and these decisions are based on the raw data provided by third party reporting.
You do. We typically work on a month to month basis and some fees are paid AFTER we provide service. However, if you only have one month's budget or you aren't comfortable committing to marketing your business for the next 24-36 month (with or without us), we probably are not a fit. We believe marketing never stops in business and with digital marketing such as SEO for example, you can expect 6-12 month before you see significant results.
We can't speak to competitors but our staff in all in-house. We do not take on projects and then outsource them to fiverr. We are also 100% transparent and communicate, at minimum, monthly and in writing. Finally, we back up our work with true numbers and we ask our clients to judge us that way.
We offer 24/7 email and chat support with an average (after hours) response time of 4 hours. This level of support is extremely rare however, in most cases you simple schedule a call or email your account manager for questions or ay service needs.
